The heating chamber of the vacuum aluminum brazing furnace utilizes nickel-chromium belt heating and a composite insulation structure with multi-layer 1Cr18Ni9Ti reflective screens.
The vacuum system utilizes a three-stage high vacuum system consisting of a diffusion pump, a Roots pump, and a mechanical backing pump.
All aluminum brazing furnaces are negative pressure furnaces and can be equipped with an external air circulation cooling system upon request.
The active area size can be customized to meet customer needs.

The ZLQ-ZQ series vacuum gas-heated aluminum brazing furnace is primarily designed for vacuum gas brazing of plate-fin heat exchangers, such as those for construction machinery, hydraulic pump stations, and automotive applications.
1. Low-vacuum, constant-pressure inert gas shielding replaces high-vacuum aluminum brazing, shortening evacuation time and increasing component temperature rise.
2. Equipped with an external circulation cooling fan, it increases cooling speed and shortens furnace exit time.
3. Optional touch screen or industrial computer control for manual or automatic control.
4. Equipped with an external circulation cooling fan, it increases cooling speed and shortens furnace exit time.
5. Available with analog board automatic control or fully automatic industrial computer control.
6. Operating cycle: Approximately 3.5 hours (6-8 hours for high-vacuum brazing).
7. Single furnace power consumption: Approximately 450 kWh (800-1200 kWh for high-vacuum aluminum brazing). Energy consumption is monitored in real time.
Process Overview:
1. Open the furnace, load the workpiece, and close the furnace door.
2. Open the bypass valve and evacuate the furnace.
3. When the furnace vacuum reaches ≤670 Pa, start the Roots pump.
4. When the furnace vacuum reaches ≤3 Pa, begin heating. After the furnace temperature reaches >360°C, close the main pump vacuum valve, the Roots pump, and the mechanical pump. Start the bypass pump, open the bypass valve, and the slow-fill valve. The system automatically inflates and evacuates the furnace, maintaining the furnace pressure within a certain range and replacing the inert gas.
5. During heating, the furnace pressure is maintained within a certain range, and the inert gas is replaced in a cycle. The furnace pressure control system and the micro-fill system coordinate the inflation rhythm, and the process is completed automatically.
6. After heating and brazing are complete, the power is turned off and heating is stopped.
7. Wait for the furnace temperature to cool to approximately 580°C. Close the bypass valve and the micro-charge valve. Open the charge valve and inflate to 0.6 bar. Then, start the air-cooling motor to cool the furnace. Wait until the furnace temperature drops to approximately 450°C and shut off the air-cooling motor.
8. Open the bleed valve to equalize the pressure inside and outside the furnace, preparing for unloading. Once the pressure inside the furnace returns to atmospheric pressure, close the furnace bleed valve (automatic timer control). Open the door fully, remove the workpiece, and close the furnace door fully.
9. The entire process is fully automated.
